But it gives them the option to not pay him if they want to get rid of him, that's why those clauses are in the contracts. They could easily fire him right now and not have to pay him anything else, and he might even need to return some bonuses he might have received already.
Remember Jay Williams Chicago Bulls, pick number 2 after Yao Ming....Bike accident before his second year, he is as of now out of the league. He did bust his knees, ans had been recovering. Supposed to try to come back this year, but just think about how his career got messed up.

The coach yelled at him before about it. And sorry if I didn't get the facts 100% straight, jackass. I thought it was for the whole year, but it's just for the offseason that he's permitted to ride. And I'm pretty sure he rode during the season as well. Helmetless, at that.
And yeah, he should've been wearing his helmet. And at that, he should've had a permit. Stupid moves by Ben.
