I don't know about your shipping/ business skills. But I must say I like the shop setup. And it seems like your pretty organized thus far. With a decent product and clean presentation you should pick up some business. (At least with a walk in shop you won't have to ship anything)

You guys run a solid business. ---- people over. Then lie about it for a while. Attempt to rebuild a broken business, continue to lie to old customers. Invest tons of money into repairing business and now complain you are broke so you can't fix their ----. Also claim that in 6 months you were not able to get parts that I can get off the internet in 7 days or less. Also you complain to your customers that you are broke because you decided to spend more money than you needed to, to buy in bulk to increase your profit margin, while ------- over your other customers?

I'd be curious how many people are still owed stuff from Hotrex from the years past. And this was all accomplished by someone who was a "---- hairs" away from graduating from business school! FANTASTIC!
