bead blasting is my new best friend *pics*
My uncle bought a bead blaster not to long ago to help in his restoration of old war planes. And I just happen to have a 63/60 thats going to be getting a rebuild real soon so i snagged the housings off of it and brought it out to the farm. Here is how they turned out, Im extremely happy. They almost look fake or like I painted them with cheap silver paint but thats bare metal. The bloxs manifold got the same bead blasting thand hit with some high temp black. I think Ill do the same with the turbo housings.

I use them at work all the time and from time to time i sneak some of my parts in there as it is awesome how quick you can turn a beat up 20 year old part into something brandnew in a few minutes. Those housings look great. :y
