bbka's 2nd time at the track!
Well I wasn't really planning on running my car at the track, but I was up in the area anyways letting Josh (Turbo90Accord4DR) borrow my chip burner since he broke his. Last time at the track I was running on 22 inch slicks, but I only had my drag radials this time (Nitto 555r 205/55/14 on HX wheels). The first run I had my tire pressure at 15 psi, but Josh told me to try running 12 psi to help out my 60 foot times. I made sure to do a really good burnout and ended up with a 2.0 60 foot on my best run of 13.4 @ 105 mph.
I was pretty happy with my times tonight considering the last time I was at the track my best run was a 13.3 @ 102 mph with baby slicks. My next track date I am planning on going to the battle of the imports which is the 28th. By then I should have a new set of 24.5 inch slicks and I will also be running more boost so I should easily get into the 12's. I think once I hit 12's on my stock motor I will be done with it. What will I do after that? Built d16z6 and 11's of course... I don't need no stupid DOHC!

Keep pushing the D-series time bomb and set the standard for the rest of us Right now the crazy record is an 11.8...I actually have an extra longblock so maybe once I get that completely built and ready to drop in, I will go for 11's on my stock block. I will make sure to have a video camera handy though for when it blows.

DAmn, so close to running 12's. If your car wasn't such a heavy *** pig ou would already be in the 12's. :P
