anyone play this? i'm picking it up tomorrow. i've played all of them so far and this one is the best as far as i can tell after seeing it at a friend's house tonight. he has it set up right though with thx certified surround sound.

its fun to get the hover apache thing, and a skillz0r3d gunner down below you, and rape for an entire 10 mins until you fly randomly into a light pole and blow up. or chute out and have the plane fly into you

hey wiertech i can hook u up with the full version, but you just cant play online, overall playing the single player mode is great first time i played it. the mech suits and hover choppers are soo much fun.

i already bought it today... i played for a little over an hour with a buddy online. ranking is cool, it sucks right now since i'm nothing but once you get up higher it gets pretty cool. you can set up sentry guns and everything. this game is cool, you can play with squads and give comands... a lot of features that make it much better than any of the predecesors.

im forsure getting this game sometime sooner or later, right now ive been tearing it up on day of defeat source. so 2142 is nothing like battlefield 2? seems kinda kool i duno if i quite dig the futuristic ---- but i duno ill c when i play it. what kind of machine do you game on?

I need to upgrade my video card badly. I am still using a Radeon VE 64MB. :'(

im running 1024x768 at decent detail, radeon 9600xt, athlon xp2000, 2 sticks of 256mb ddr, mis-matched by speed (cant overclock) soundblaster audigy2 ZS (5 free games, why not) um... asus a7n8x mobo, 2001 enermax 350w power supply. and a jdm case :4

It's a fun game :)

I play 1280 x 1024 med/high settings, Nvidia 6800 GT (overclocked), Athlon XP 3200+, WD Raptor SATA HD

I liked Battlefield Vietnam, but this is much better...

I have that game, pretty fun, but I got bored of it really quickly due to the lag caused by moving the Titan vehicle, so now I mostly play TCE which is a counterstrike type mod for Return to castle wolfenstein.

But if you guys wanna set something up I'd be more than happy to join.

That is does, TCE is the only most realistic FPS out there I think, counterstrike is good too but you cant peek corners, and the sounds of the weapons are way off.

sig552 is fun, but lacks long range stopping power. can hip wield it and still kill within 50 feet, my personal fav is recon with 590c and akimbo's with a dot drawn on screen to make akimbo crosshairs. pistols are accurate when you can SEE what you're aiming at

TCE is kick ass man I just got it last night but the problem is is that I got it for enemy territory which I downloaded for free (dunno if its the same as return to w. or not?) and when tce loads theres only like five servers, anyone know why that is? Yea and btw its hard as hell to find return to castle w. in game stores, I chekced

---- half you guys dont have ---- for gaming, my laptop has a nvidia geforce 7900gs flashed with a gtx bios, 256mb card running at 600/800 overclock, 1440x900 resolution, im mean mine is not the best but goddam no wonder people buy consoles, COMPUTERS FTW

You have to install the newest patch for enemy territory its on the TCE site.

I haven't upgraded my computer in 2 years... I figure I'll update once I can't play the newest games on medium settings.

How much did you laptop cost? A 7 series card, especially for a laptop, can be a spendy piece of equipment.

yea it wasnt too bad, cost me around 1700, reason i went with a dell is because i could find a shittier card like a lower 7 series or a higher 6 and it was still way more then the dell computer, mines an e1705 i just got it about 4 months ago. been awesome eversince, also nice that it can be upgraded to the merom processor. one other thing i liked, dells one of the only company's that the cards are interchangeable, came with a 7800 go, i put in a 7900gs. read a bunch flashed it with a gtx bios and overclocked the ---- out of it, performs dam close to the 7900gtx so close people werent even payin the extra for the 7900gtx, either or both are great. check out dell outlet for badass deals as well, you can score them at pretty decent prices there.

you can always download it and play on cracked servers. then load up a list of cracked servers in the program "All seeing eye" and join games from there.

thats a site of cracked servers.

or u can goto walmart at 2am, rip open a box of BF2 and steal the cd-key. i think the cd-key is located in the manual or inside the cd case. make sure u take the cd-key so no one else can use it.

WTF, so i dl the 2.6 patch for wolfenstein and then go to tce with a bunch of new servers , but I got these huge ass black borders on my screen and it makes everything way smaller, wtf. checked the fullscreen option does anyone have any other suggestions, I would really appreciate it. thanks

widescreen. get used to it, it's the only option and wide angle view is better, periphial out of the corner like real vision...

Yea I will today after work, I hope im not stuck with this, it suckssssss, going into the game the introw is all fullscreen so I dunno ???

Wow, that really sucks because It seems pretty damn small, borderline annoying and I really like this game. I sent out a message in a game and the guy I talked to about it made it seem as if its not normal.
