BAR is a unit of pressure. 1.0 Bar roughly equals 14.7 psi

Basically it's your boost meter.

If you have ever been on other forums there is usually a ranking system, and that happens to be how you are ranked here at HMT. Ranking is done merely on post counts. Post alot and you BAR will eventually go up. It serves as a way to tell who's a newb and who's been around for a while.

Hey, I'm am newb too. I'm not a post ----- on any of the forums that I frequent so it never really looks like I've been around for a while, but I like to read and learn and I put in my $.02 when I feel it necessary.
