i said the word badass one time and it wasn't in allcaps.....get off my nuts. some people find that interesting (i happen to be one)

yeah, i've seen that before... as soon as it started though, i knew it was being done in japan... they aren't very efficient with their cnc programming. that thing could have been done probably in half the time if they had a couple tool changes with some larger roughing tools instead of finishing the whole thing with three tools. the thing i was most impressed by was the water jacket cutting, that is all.
