Well it's been almost a month now and still haven't received my product.. excuses include:

1) Shirt was stained
2) Waiting on shirt to be ordered
3) Sending order
4) Order lost, resending

And honestly I'm just sick of it. I don't use eBay that much so what can I do to get my money back?

you can file a complaint with ebay, and a claim with paypal, if that is what you used to pay. you can do this after 15 business days usually. i almost had to do it once, but my item arrived the day after i filed the complaint, so i just cancelled it. from what i've heard, ebay is pretty slow with looking into this sorta thing. i imagine they get thousands every day. :P

Yeah, I used paypal to pay. This just makes me mad though, its honestly not a hard process. I buy, I paid, he sends. Not a complicated process.

Dont contact ebay contact paypal thats where you money went. Ebay doesnt really moderate this kind of thing well becuase well they would have way to many to deal with just to much stuff tradin hands over there
