Nice, musta been a demo team. My bro was on a Tae Kwon Do demo team, coolest ---- they did was nunchucks and breaking ----. Maybe a Wushu demo team?

I'd say Wushu is more of an art form then a fighting system. I could be wrong though. If you wanna see something cool... search for wushu vids when they bust out the swords. Imagine all that spinning/flipping... but with a big ass sword.

That has nothing to do with Ninjitsu. If anything that is closer to Tykwando. I have been taken Ninjitsu for over a year and we neve really let our feet leave the ground. You lose all of your body balance when you do that.

Tae Kwon Do has nothing to do with that.

Aikido is where its at :P Jujitsu can work great in bar brawls though. Aikijujisu is for decimating somebody: Breaking arms/legs, tearing up joints, etc.

Yes, taking Ninjitsu from Richard Van Donk. Look the name up he was the first none Oriental to be taught Ninjitsu.

I also study Manabi-Masho Jujitsu under Soke John Casarez.

Bruce Lee studied Wing Chun under Grand Master Yip Man. Then Bruce lost the form of the Wing Chun and keep the strikes and speed and created Jeet Ken Do.

bruce lee knew wushu as well and he put a form of all martial arts he known into jeet kun do. but your right his primary art was wing chun which he modified into jeet kun do

I disagree to a point. Yes, being martial arts, they are art forms, but also sciences. Mostly manipulating the anatomy of the human body and exploiting weaknesses. Major martial arts are still around due to their effects in history. With mastery of a martial art you can do act well in most situations, assuming they are not completely out of your control. The remaining martial arts today have been well refined through history and can be applied to almost any situation you need them be. Thats with the exception of the money making places like Tea Kwon Do Plus and what not. Its mostly about finding a reputable teacher that is well versed in what he or she teaches.

Aikido is a martial art and a philosiphy, one in the same. Use your enemy's force against him. Its based to Aikijujitsu, and sword techniques for joint locking combos that, if done right, cannot be resisted.

Krav Maga is something Id like to learn, but its doubtlful that I can learn it anywhere around here.
