Fixed it for ya, I never had truck leave me on the side of the road as much as my chevy 2500 diesel.

duramax? what year. ive heard that the 02 or 03 and up trucks are almost bullet proof once you fix the fuel injector harness or some ----.

This was no duramax it was a 99 with the infomus 6.5L some people have masive hard ons for these things never could figure it out vary under powered, so im not saying anything bad about to duramax but dodge has been using the cummings 5.9 for like 25 years and acouple of the years I think mid 90s will go fast for vary cheep.

No ----, it's a pickup drive it in the winter. The 6L have a bad rap but are starting to get figured out. Headstuds are a must, and I'm pretty sure the vanes like to stick causing nasty overboost. I'm a cummins fan they are tried and true just watch the auto tranny's. Has your trans been built yet?
