B18b in a civic HB

I have a civic hb with an 94 integra motor and i just got it put in about 4 months ago. I was wondering if anyone has any advice on what to do for a little more power for little money. Or something I can do myself to the engine without buying anything. i already have an intake and a full exhaust system. I was either thinking of header or stage II or III clutch.

people like the response with lightend flywheels.. might want to go with that..?

Headers are good too,

I think thats a good idea! But really, how much is not too much money? Flywheel is nice, but anything to make the engine breathe better is the best (cams $ or turbo $$).

Quickness is power to weight ratio, so you don't have to spend any money to gut/remove things from your car.
