(Mods feel free to move this if GD is inappropriate...)
Hey Guys,
Our connecting rod manufacturer now offers stroker cranks for the B18A and B18B engines. The are available in 4340 and 4130 Forged Steel, and in strokes of 89, 92, 95, 97, and 98mm. I have seen a couple of samples of these, and they look pretty nice, they even appear to be knife-edged from the factory.
So do you guys think this is something we should carry? We should be able to offer these at almost half the price of the equivalent Eagle offering.
Post up and let us know!
Craig

For an LS motor...probably not.

I love my stroker.
Why dont people want them in boosted applications? I dont get it? Larger displacement....forged crank, what would be the downfall?
Also, how well are these things balanced?

Holly ----!! Stuff that 98mm. in a B16 block.
I bet at least one person gets into to the R/S BS. Meh, I'd kinda like to try one out but I do't know if they would be a hot seller for you.
