i believe if you purchase a B16A1 that was from a crx SiX it will be.

No, its a Non-OBD engine, that is the same as 88-91 crx

I will break it down..

88-91 OBD0
91-95 OBD1
95-Present OBD2

Now some models of hondas are not all on that program, but they are very close.
