1. find your avatar or picture or something on yahoo/google seach images. --there are some cool ones out there.
2. crop it to 85x85 pixles.
3. go to a image host site, I use www.pix8.net there are many out there. pix8.net has never givin me any problems... upload the picture, its very user friendly. then it will give you a few address you can use. one will say, use this picture for a forum, (im not exactly sure what it will say) but something along those lines. copy that address.
4. go back to HMT.com and where it says use your own avatar, paste the address there. it should work from there.
ohh and check the box sayin that you have your own avatar.
also, you do the same when you wanna post a picture in the forum. see the little box that looks like a MS image icon above ^ under the S with the line through it. click that, and brackets will appear (2 of them) [img] then put address from image between the two [img]
