This seems to be a major fault with Hondas, but has anyone ever had their automatic windows fall off the track? How did you fix it? My window goes up most of the way, but about three inches from the top it stops and just falls. A friend took his to get fixed and it worked for a little while until it happened again. I don't want to pay for a temporary fix. Any ideas?

 

I have this little lever I twirl around and it makes my window go up or down depending on which direction I twirl

 

Yeah, it's called ghetto air conditioning.

 

yeah. My best friend girlfriend had that happen to her. My prob with my 99 ex is that the passenger window motor is slow as ---- and wont go up sometimes. It like that all the time when its raining too. Plus the cup holder sucks ***. Everytime i make a turn the cups spill all over the damn car

 

Those are my 2 biggest complaints about my '99 Si. I cut the bottom out of my cup holder so its deep enough now. (The only modification done to that car.)
And the driver's side windows will go up in about 2/3 the time as the passenger, been like that since new.
