audi intercooler

anyone know where i can get end tanks for a audi 5000 intercooler? and what welds can i use?

go to your local radiator shop and have them weld it for you

you can't buy them because the endtank isn't shaped in a perfect square, its angled off almost like a diamond shape.

last i remember the audi intercooler end tanks where made of hard plastic! or was that just on certain models??

yes. they are, but their only held on by flexable tabs.

u need to have them custom made.
