LANCASTER - A man believed to be a transient was found dead today in a Lancaster intersection with an arrow in his chest, according to the sheriff's department. |

Hahha, anyone see the A&E special on Micheal Klipinski, the "IceMan". Wanted to feel what it felt like to kill someone with a crossbow.
