navy here, i was doing 87,92 and a 8:52 mile and a half, through boot, after it slowed down, because all we did was drink, party, and stay up all night in class. Right now, that im out, and dont really do much of anything, i can still do 68, 82, and a 11
5 1.5mile. im 5'7" and weigh in around 135-145. weight never stays the same for me.

Heh, at JMU our BJJ club would laugh at the ROTC guys trying to grapple in the gym before us. Half of them wore socks, when it was completely optional. The good ones went barefoot, the other looked like a bunch of monkey ------- a football.
