On monday I am going to do my aptitude test for the RCMP, I am wondering who has completed one and what was your score.

hey Martin, have u tried blue line forums? http://forum.blueline.ca/, they have tons onf info and its just cops from canada giving advice. i thhink itrs pretty cool, there was a thread on speeding tickets, it even helped me. give it a try. let me know what you think. peace

That is awesome man. It has always been something I would like to do for a living and this is the first step through the RCMP. I have taken police foundations way before I went to college for Architecture. I decided at the time that I was to young and stupid and also dropped out due to financial reasons. Now that I am 24 I am making a comeback and hoping to get in.

I'd like to be a homicide detective, but I figured they wouldn't let me execute dirty nigs once I caught up with them. So I decided to sell oil lines and paint houses.

I enjoy what i do in law enforcement, there are times where it sucks b/c doing the right thing doesn't always seem like it's the right thing, or the best thing that could be done.

Yeah it is a tough job, and the test I'm about to do is really difficult, if I dont get in I have tool and die as a backup, plus I just got a letter from a local Toyota plant that is opening up to go in for a test, I'll also be joining the army if I dont get in to the RCMP.

Well good luck with it just dont become like the majority of new RCMP officers who shoot everyone in the head and are just plain ignorant to deal with.I actually have no problem with police officers but the RCMP have been going down the shitter for the past decade especially out west.
