Anyone used these pay-for-info sites?
 

There's a douche that owes me money.

I've tried googling for more info but haven't came up with anything. He owes me over $400 from over a year ago, doesn't answer phone calls or anything of course. I'm going to try running his number at work and seeing if it pulls anything up. If not, might try one of the sites that guarantees up-to-date info for $15 based on the phone number.

Anyone ever used one of these services?

Ryan said he's up for it too. Already has experience with destruction/violence. I mostly just want my money's worth.

I think these people work by social engineering or just has people working for them that work at different cellphone companies.
