go to bodybuilding.com and look around... its not hard to loose weight/gain muscle you just have to A: get motivated to do so and B: have a bit of basic knowledge which you can get from the body building forums... Also a lot of people when they try to loose weight simply try to run and diet.. I have found that while running and or cardiovascular activities are important, the quickest way to loose weight healthily is to combine running with a good diet (eating small, healthy meals at least 5 times a day) and a pretty rigorous gym schedule... your body will use a lot more energy over an extended period of time rebuilding your muscles then you will if you simply go out and run for 20 min a day or whatever.

on the first day i tried to keep up with the first workout even tho they say go at your own pace, and i blew chunks, its definetly hardcore, i stuck with it for a month and saw results, but then i had other things to take care of and it faded into the background.
but it is a great workout

i joined a gym around here for pretty cheap, so hopefully ill get some results that way. as for dieting, its gonna be hard. i have to go to the grocery store and start buying healthy stuff. other than that, the mall i work at has nothing but shitty food that tastes good

i love food as much as the fattest guy i know and its still really not that hard to eat healthy. just because its healthy doesn't mean it has to taste like complete ---- lol.

i know. when i was on a diet before, i cooked chicken, and turkey...they have practically no fat, and taste great. i was on the wawa salad kick for a while too. i just have to get myself out of shitty eating habits, and stop drinking beer
