anyone recognize this sway bar kit
 

found this in the trunk of a 96 civic i bought and sold, i think the car had some kinda L bracket on the LCAs i didnt grab, it looks about 19mm and like it might have been painted.. anyone know what brand it was / see what im missing from the kit? all i know is its probly a rear lower sway bar for 96-00 civics.
