Yeah I know it isnt turbo but I though you might wanna look at this. Carb'd cars are so cheap, and this would be a fun project....

a guy I know is putting webers on a d16 in a cooper mini.

see if you can find any more info. on putting civic motors in minis, or carbs on civic motors
