I'm trying to set up a report that will give me information on what is located in a crate/pallet. Right now I have two tables. One you input the crate and it's various information. The other table I have is for the various items we have. I have the two linked together by when filling out the information for the item you have to associate it with a crate/pallet that has already been entered.

Now I would like to be able to print a report. Basically what I would like to do is have a form where you select what crate you want to print the report for. That will then create a report where the top portion gives the information about the crate found in Table 1 and the bottom portion lists any item associated with the same crate found in Table 2.

The issue is, I have no idea how to do this. I've uploaded my database to my webspace. I was wondering if anyone would be able to help me handle this issue.
