His name is familiar; I think he may have been banned on Source as well for trying to scam people. Try to get your money back man at this point. Because $135 for a rebuilt 14b is gonna be a shitty turbo. I'd pay that much for a flawless 14b with zero cracking that hadn't been molested by some kid with a $35 Ebay rebuild kit. Though. They're almost impossible to find low mileage unmolested, but they're still a fun turbo for a D-series.

Good to know you got your money back. I have ran into my fair share of people not sending parts and what not. Paypal has always been good to get my money back.

paypal didn't do ----, i had to have my bank refund the money.
paypal is the worst company ever. they don't care about anything except for their 3%

Thats crazy bro. I have had many paypal disputes and won. However, all this was buying off of ebay so not sure if that helps or not.
