Anyone know a good personal injury attorney?

Cliff Notes at bottom

So yesterday I was road testing a customers car when at a traffic light waiting to make a left somebody rear ended me.
Best part is the guy who hit me was a tech at a dealer down the street who was also road testing a customer's car. He said he was going like 10 but the van I was driving looks more like 20-30mph. So cop comes and I call my service manager and he comes up. After explaining everything to the cop and him getting are information he lets me go and tells the other guy hes getting some tickets. I had to then go to take a piss test(that i will pass) and I got checked out by doctor.

Doctor takes xrays and checks me over. Nothing broken just spasms he said. Something about clenched muscles in my lower back. He gives me some anti inflammatory ---- and sends me to a physical therapist today. Therapist says I have something like a jammed finger in my lower back. He cracks and pops my back and tells me to do some excersizes. I have to go back next week for follow up. I'm not in excrutiating pain but it is constant sometimes and sitting for a while and driving is a bitch.

So, anybody ever been in a situation like this, can I sue? I looked at some ---- online and the only ---- I see is about people who are out of work for a long ass time or lost a limb or two. I'm scehduled off till Wed and imagine I will be on light duty. I always said if I had the chance to sue someone I would. I'm told back problems even minor ones can last a lifetime and even get worse.

Cliff Notes
get rear ended
back hurts
sue? how?

Lower back injuries suck, describe your pain some more. If you have any disc damage at all hold out for as much cash as you can get, that ---- sucks and pretty much never goes away.

Asked by my doctor and therapist I told them a 5/6 out of 10. 10 being call an ambulance. For the most part I'm fine but I had to drive 30 mins to therapist today and my lower back was just throbbing. I have limited movement side to side and bending down or leaning back.

Thing that pisses me off is the guy that hit me was joking around while we were waiting for the cop to show up. Like I care that its his 2nd week on the job.

make sure you do all the ---- the physical therapist tells you that ---- will make a huge difference. I had a fucked up back for 3 years and I always thought chiropractors were black magic. I went for 2 months and they fixed me up perfect, almost no pain since.

About the lawyer, I wouldn't railroad someone, but If you are going to be in pain for a while, you have the right.

Make sure it's not disc damage like said above. Even after they will put it back in place and fix you up, a sudden movement or a slight fall may cause it to pop out again and cost more money.

Claim neck pain, back pain only got me 9k :'( . Somehow I have a pinched nerve in my neck, or something, when i crack my neck i feel a tingle in my hand. So the next person that hits me is going to be paying out the ass.

I was in a very similar situation last January. a car cut me off, I rear ended them, they fled the scene, went home, called HP, said they were trying to catch me... cuz I left.. I guess they didnt realize the bumper on the heavy chevy c1500 was STABBED INTO THE TIRE! So, I couldnt move it. Says he was so nervous, he went home.. and guess what! started drinking!! lol. we had alot of BS we had to put up with while the cop was getting ---- done, and my back didnt hurt til 2 or 3 hours AFTER the wreck. I was referred for the same treatment you were, same pain, same reason. I was actually told that the inflammation was pinching nerves in my lower back. if you EVER have numbness, let ure doc know- that ---- aint good. Also, if you want, tell the doc ure muscles feel kinda tight.. You'll get some kinda muscle relaxers.. :y I did everything they said, and it was better in about 3 months. I was out of work for 9 weeks. :-\ This ---- actually caused me to lose my job @ that time, but it was a ---- hole anyway. So, I had to dick around and get paperwork and ---- together to settle w/ insurance company. They actually were very reasonable. I ended up settling June 25, 2007 for $22,500. Just keep all your receipts. Do they deal w/ a local insurance company? or what? I'm in SC. This guy's car was registered and insured in Michigan. So, it would have cost the insurance company more to come down and fight it. I got what I wanted out of it. PLUS they fixed the truck- $3500! It was a nice $26k wreck... Sorry for the long ass post!
