Looks like a paint blender to me. That's what we always callled expensive paintball guns that chopped balls all the time because the balls couldn't drop fast enough for how fast the bolt was moving.

pressureize the loading side just enough to make the balls come in faster but not enough to break them going into the barrel :6

rig up a tube running from the bolt area to the feed neck, so it shoots a blast of air down the neck pushing balls down every time you pull the trigger...or just get an expensive ass force feed loader. ::)

a cam that stays still but throws balls into the barrels once they reach a certin point on the gun.
