anyone had a return from paypal?
 

long and the short. Won a tranny on ebay, tranny arrives fucked up, open claim, was told to send back with a sig required. Now its been under review by paypal for about two weeks or so. I come in to work today and low and be hold the ------ tranny was returned cause the reciever never picked it up. So now what the ---- happens?

wonderin if anyone else has had this problem?

Sounds like the guy is hustling you. How bad is the transmission? Broken case? Finally you should of spent a couple more bucks and bought one from me. I always have stuff in stock and if you have a problem Im here to help. Sometimes spending the extra money to get a person who call you and fix any problems is worth it.

Contact paypal, but don't offer the paperwork that it was returned, only the one saying you shipped it back. Hopefully they'll reverse the charge, and then you have a tranny and it's on the other guy to prove he didn't pick it up. WINNZORZ!!

I have had two paypal return claims for text books.

Both of them I recieved my money back but after 2 months later.
