use the friction modified version, its only available at the dealership and it saved my accord tranny

I fully drained my s20 trans and filled it with 1qt royal purple syncromesh/ or manuel trans fluid and 1qt 10w30 mobil 1 synthetic. Works like a charm and my funny noises went away.
