because your a ------- dumbass. as of this last thursday its been 7 times for me. i went to jail twice and as of right now im being charged for a felony of eluding. when they charged me for ,eluding the police, i was never caught but he got close enough to get my plates. it was a rainy day and i had to go threw three roundabouts and he got close enough to get my plates. they have to get pretty close and or scan your license plate which usually doesnt happen when you got the lead. they showed up at my parents house and called me up on my cell phone. they wrote down that i said "im caught" on the police report which is bullshit. i should be fighting it completly but i really dont want/need a felony on my record so tomorrow at court were doing a bargain with the prosector to switch it to wreckless driving so i dont have the felony. is it stupid to run away from the cops ya. especially when you have no reason to sure. but do people do it ya 70% of all cop chases are of people running for no reason. i started out wrighting out all my cop stories but im not a very good story teller. basically 5 different cars 7 different times and i got caught twice. one because i wrecked into a fence going 5 mph because i missed the turn. the other time i wasnt caught but went to jail so basically i got screwed lol. im going to try my hardess not to do anything like it for a few years. but once you done it, its always running in your head to just RUN.
basically its hella crazy running from the police. and you cant be a noob.

the two times i ran, i wasnt in something owned or registered to me. also, no way in hell a chopper is seeing the plates on our bikes in the middle of the night

said thing is i ditched 3 of those bitchs because they didn't want to chase me with their lights and sirens jsut speed behind me and get close enuf to confirm it was me. all over some ------- blue headlights and sidemarkers! then again i got pulled over twice before then by them for it. i got rid of that car shortly after so i could careless if they are still looking for it! LOL the police out there are has beens or wannabee's anyways. if you know the area i went ben howard road.

ya i hate how the cops always try to sneak up on you with there headlights off. i always no better lol. also its illigal for them to go over like 10mph with out there lights on so remember that.

ya key word there not suppose to speed without the lights on. i think they can ask for premission but that takes time...cops lie, cops are dirty, cops basically do what they want. that doesnt mean that there are good cops that go every day doing whats right. but god damn man give me a break. i just got out of court today. and im kinda pissed off because i know if we pushed it to a jury i would be scott free. but nope i ------- did a plea bargain. and now i got 240 hours community service/or 30 days in jail, 30 days suspended license(that isnt to bad ill proiblby drive to school and work anyways), and 365 days jail time with 364 days suspended for 2 years i can not get a criminal offense or any ticket. so if i got ten over and get caught i get jail time. wtf was i thinking. i owe 750$ in fines which isnt bad but i already paid my lawyer 2800$. usually nothing gets to me but this didnt make me happy. im dont know what to really think. because two years is a long time. i mean one year i could do two years i dont know about. this whole deal thing would of been great without the community service and without the 2 year thing. ok im just rambling now. ---- THE POLICE and damn im stupid for telling the truth. they had no case on me. but i didnt want to have a felony and get fucked over so i took the easy and faster way out.

ya i was trying to get my friends lawyer to quote me a price but he never got back to me and then i already told this guy yes. hes a family friend i have known him sence i was like 10. his whole family is attorneys. hes brother is a judge at the district court. and the firm is earl and earl. ya basically this is what he usually does is just do bargains and people usually dont like him because of that. he's a good church guy and i dont like lieing to people but im kicking myself in the *** for not questioning it, taking it all the way threw the court and having a jury.
