Anyone ever had problems with thedropshop?
Just curious. I've heard lots of good things about them, but I sent them $175 for the Uberchip on Sunday, and I haven't gotten a confirmation or email or anything back. I even emailed him yesterday morning with nothing. Just curious. I'm sure it's nothing, but I'm still a little uneasy, ya know?

There have been some similar posts on http://resource.crx.org/index.php it seems he claims he is backlogged and trying to get caught up with orders... don't know what to tell you, but good luck.

If you ask me that's just bad business. Don't have something for sale if you don't have it ready to ship or at least let people know what is going on and that it will take longer than normal.

Let me tell you something about that guy.. he does great work, and supposivly is a nice guy, and probably wont cheat you out of your money. But from my observations throughout this year, he has taking way to long to ship items, and get things done. He is horrible with emails, and gets way over his head at times. There was a huge group buy on Honda-tech about 8 months ago that went to complete ----, that almost ruined his name. Supposivly he was doing a shop change at that time which made things difficult.
Personally, I would never deal with the guy since he has always rubbed me the wrong way

I talk to Jon daily.. He is young.. he runs the shop like a young guy.. I really do beleive he gets into something and probably just forgets to send stuff out. Try to hit him up on aim.. Also don't send bitchy or mean messages.. That will get you no where and he WILL hold your stuff and money for a long time before finally sending it. At that point he normally give a full refund and the parts.. But you just waited six months to get it.. The people who didn't act like asses on HT got thier stuff pretty fast. Some are still waiting. Most of them were on the Ban uberteg bandwagon.

all i ask from sellers, whether it be ebay or whatever, is to just ------- tell me whats going on. busy, forgot, lost, whatever, just ------- tell me so i know i didnt get ripped off. almost a year is absolutely unexcuseable.
