Default anyone even owned a MAC/Cobray type weapon?

Im thinking about building a mac 11, 9mm, that takes sten magazines. Everyones saying theyre easy to build and if youre halfway decent at welding it takes no more than 30 minutes. These guns halfway decent, accurate, and reliable? Or is it just a piece of crap.

about on the same level as a tek 9 when it commes to being useless... I had a MAC qo for a minute in 1991... fun to sprey, not good for much... they tend to freak people out though,,,

you vcan get a legit mac 11 for like 290 ish built,

i think this would be a wiser choice, both are open bolt and i think something designed for war is a little nicer

the whole reason i want a mac is because I can build an offthebooks pistol. If the gun grabbers come knocking they can have my registered weapons. The cost of building one is about 500.

FWIW, i dont think I can get sten's here in CA.

-----***.

What's the big deal with these guns anyway, besides the obvious hard *** rap lyric? Is it auto, or?? Shooting 9mm is shooting 9mm semi-auto.

You're another ignorant gun owner in CA. Only handguns are registered here. Long guns (rifles, shotguns) are not registered. There is no long gun database. The only place that has your rifle information is the dealer on the 4473 form.

Scorpiomk and I were really close to buying some stamped mp5 flats and going to build our own clones... WA has some gay SBR regs (i am fully aware of howeto get around them)... But it was getting to be a pain in the *** to find theparts i wanted...

Cohari and vector clones (Vulcans are ----) are now going for 2 Gs for the rifles.... I have no desire for a MP5 Pisdtol....

Im still looking for a HK 53 though or at least a parts kit without a cutr barrell... The rest isnt that hard to find.

Ive had sks and ak before though... LOVED both...

Im pretty hasppy with my new purchase. WIsh I would have bought it earlier, but i feel like its a good investment and will do nothing but appreciate over the next months/years... Nex step is stockpile ammo...
