yeah gimpy i have the exact same problem and my best way of getting over it is to have a good routine with exercise cuz i would get mad tired at like 5 or 6 so that's when i'd go workout, by the time it was time to go to sleep i'd be beat

i worked 4pm to 20am last night, got home, listened to music, looked at the clock, its 5am. i got sleep probs.

I can fall asleep no matter what. If I have a few beers before bed, I'm out before my head hits the pillow. I do the EXACT same thing at night and in the morning. I have a routine just like an old *** man.

I used to have problems though. I would lay in bed for hours trying to fall asleep. It has a lot to do with stress. I would stay up and think about all kinds of ---- and worry about things that weren't even important. Sometimes I would wake up in the middle of the night and jump out of bed and be startled. My girlfriend at the time was freaked out by this. One time I smacked her in my sleep. She let me know about it though.

When I can't sleep, I just pound my wife in the ***. That ---- really wears a bruva out. Not really, she ain't down with the Hershey highway being a 2-way street. But sex will do it everytime. My wife always wants to talk and ---- after sex, and I'm like "Damn woman! Can't you see that I am exhausted from workin that punanni!?!"
