My girlfriend tried to make me drink some honey/lemon juice ---- the other day. She swore it would help my throat and keep me from coughing, but that ---- was nasty.

I downed a bottle of Robitussin, but that only seems to help for the night. NyQuil is my favorite, but it's still just temporary relief. Now I'm just eating cough drops left and right and sleeping with Vicks vapor rub on my face/chest......I hate that ----.

I've been sick since saturday, not sure who/where I got it from. I usually never get sick! I've tried just about everything and honestly the best thing I take is nyquil.. yes during the day, sure it makes ya a bit drowzie but I think I'm becoming immune to it as well. Dayquil does nothing, I also take 1000mg Vit C everyday and pound oj on the way to work.

A couple years ago I took 1 too many dayquil one morning and school turned in the craziest ---- in the world, people started flying past me and i ended up float walking all over the place till i smashed my face into my desk at which point school finished within 5 minutes of me entering it .

o well, just got back from the pharmacy Rite-Aid 30 min. ago and came home with Vit C, Nyquil (cherry), water, & scotties tissue.

drank the Nyquil 30ml (as recommended) chased it down with some cheapo alcohol(30%, 42 proof?). ate 1 tablet of vit C, and drank another 30ml Nyquil (ugh.. nastier than the alcohol) and some water. O well, feels a lil bit better.

2 shots is the perfect dosage.. also its better not chasing it with anything, you want that ---- to coat your throat. Go do another 30ml shot.
