Anyone done these free ipod/free flatscreen/etc deals? I hear they're scams and all, but in the newest Electronic Gaming Monthly there is an article about one of their editors doing it and not having to pay one red cent. It did take him a while and a lot of web surfing but he eventually got an xbox for free.

They're scams You have to subscribe to like 5 magazines and 100 newsletters. Dont do em.

they are scams, my cousin did it, he had to do one of those subscription things, then, once he comleted the subscription, they never sent him his ipod.
