Anyone dealt with H-Motors before?

Well, it looks like i'm going to be ordering up a B16a from H-Motors online...anyone ever dealt with them before? Any good feedback? This is the one I'm looking at right now...$599 +shipping doesn't seem like too bad of a deal to me :y http://www.hmotorsonline.com/shop/sc...age&item=30021

picked up a few motors from there, big warehouse, motors were good. However, they pressure wash the motors and usually rust the distibutors to crap. So keep an eye out for that.

One of the older/bigger jdm importers cant go wrong. The dist thing is common with alot of the importers I ahve seen. People want things lookin clean.

Re: Anyone dealt with H-Motors before?

Alot of that stuff like map and tps get damaged in shipping and just removing them. I had to pick from one or the other so it got one with a good vtec solenoid and a bad tps. When I got my D15bvtec from SOKO since they don't include dist. with their longblocks. I never heard bad stuff from HMO and if people had problems HMO was always there to send them stuff that was broken or forgot to send fast with no ?'s asked. I would of got my motor from HMO but SOKO was like a two hour drive from me and was still cheaper and I got to choose my own motor and just get one anyone they wanted to give me.

"Long blocks average 35,000 miles and come with a 100% start up warranty." -hmotorsonline.

I have yet to see ANY motor in the junkyard with an average of 35,000 miles. :S
especially a EF motor.

Not saying anything bad about Hmotors, (Ive accually heard lots of good things about them) just simply stating I havent ever seen any motors with under 35k
