Anyone able to keep stock mpg after turbo?
Has anyone able to keep their stock gas milage after going FI?
For those who archived the same or similar mpg, what engine magagement did you used?
What's the threshold on your A/F ratio?
How long has it been running?
Your setup blow up yet?
Mostly interested in B-series motor owners.

Re: Anyone able to keep stock mpg after turbo?
mind to share your technique?
reason why i ask this questions is that i see brand new factory cars comes with turbos and kept similar or better milage...
ex: VW 1.8T, Audi A4 1.8T etc...
so i am positive that HMT car should be able to archive the similar with enough tuning and other gadgets...

you drive a honda, It will get good enough gas milelage to not worry about it. If you can't afford spending a little more on gas, you shuoldn't turbo your car because you will break stuff.

Re: Anyone able to keep stock mpg after turbo?
An open-loop, leaner than stock part throttle and a light foot will get you the same MPG in town and better on the freeway.
My B16 turbo got about 3-4 mpg better on the freeway, and my current GSR gets pretty shitty in town but 35-36 freeway. (In a CRX)
My D16 wagon gets 35ish freeway, and it used to only get 32ish when it was bone stock.
Driving habits play a big part of course.
