Default Anybody in the San Diego area with a welder?

Hey guys. I realized a new dilemma. I need my shift linkage custom made, and a whole new piping for my exhaust redone cause it's rusting like a MF, and I don't wanna pay some jerk off $50 for towing, $120 to custom my shift linkage to fit, and $250 to weld my muffler and catalyctic converter. Anyone in San Diego have a friggin' portable welder in their truck so that I can have this done at my house or is this just a far-fetched wish...?
