Distilling is perfectly legal as long as your using it as a fuel, the permit was $100.
BTW your allowed to use up to 10% for human comsumption :) |

Pretty much get a substance/chemical process going that releases alcohol as a product, then you distill it to remove the impurities.
I suggest you guys pick up the Alcoholica Esoterica A great book on all things alcohol. |
