WWW.TotalPerformanceRacing.ORG i bought a b16 short block off of them on aug. 13. still not here. tried calling them for a tracking number sense they wouldnt reply to my emails,and he said he would call be back. never did and now all i get is the answering machine.

do you have a "paper trail" for it? how did you pay? write them a letter, and make them sign for it, (pay the extra $2 at the post office) and tell them, you want your ---- within 15days of recieving the letter or furthur court action will evolve. make it sound something along those lines...
or contact the better business bearu (sp)

well they only take money ordres 
i do have the stub from the money order and some emails. i bought it on ebay. they have perfect feedback.i already filled a complaint threw the fbi or something like that. just woundering if anyone lives by there and could see if there actually is still a company there

call the people who you bought the money order from, and tell them you need a copy of there copy of the MO.(did that make sense) this will be all the proof you need as long as you put there name on it, printed,
and I know from experience.

Do a search on the net for a lawyer in the city that they are based out of. Write the lawyer an email seeking advice, detailing the whole ordeal. (Be neutral/professional.) CC the same email to the bastards who are jacking you. Should motivate them to respond. If not, take real legal action. Good Luck.
