Whitney, you're also comparing a floor that you just finished. I'm sure it's better, but if you're going to attempt to trash the 2 part solvent based stuff, at least tell us the picture of the fucked floor was the water based, because it was.
Justin, you're concrete etcher says Behr on it. :l If there's oil stains, wash the floor with warm dish soap water. Scrub it with a stiff brush, and wash it out. You can follow up right away with muriatic acid water mixed as the container says for cleaning concrete (maybe a little more potent) 8) and that ---- will take the hair off your nuts. ---- behr |

i used the same behr etecher and it works great. you should be using a heavy duty degreaser and a power washer to clean the floor before hand anyways. sandblasting would be the best option but not really easy or easy to clean up.
