Default Any of you use header wrap on your Down pipes?

I ask cause mine is super close to the radiator ( about 1/4 of an inch ) and when i drive on the freeway my ---- tends to run hot. Im sure it doesnt help that the radiator is alluminum either. SO i bought some thermo-tech header wrap and some sticky tape ---- to put on the radiator to hopefully rememdy my issue. It doesnt do this on short trips or city driving. would that header wrap stuff also work on the manifold aswell or will it burn off??

Hook that switch up to power once car starts fan is blownin. Thats a need we had to go through in the high desert to have swapped cars without overheating works pretty well

My car seems to run cooler now, and I no longer have a problem with my vac lines to my WG becoming deformed from the constant heat and pressure cycles.

I used to have my DP about a 1/4 inch from my single core rad, it would overheat.

I wrapped it, never had a problem again.
