My freshman year of college, I smoked a lot of cigs, and weed. I up and quit everything in my sophomore year. Cold turkey. It's the only way.

I smoked from 16 to right around 25, I quit in January. I wouldn't call it cold turkey because i cut back before I quit but I didn't take anything. Its the best thing I every did I always feel better and have more energy. I would recomend not doing things that make it hard not smoke like not going to bars for like 3 weeks, I know thats a task in itself. Also do something to replace the oral fixation like chew gum or chew on tooth picks or something.

Chantex never did anything such as not giving me any motivation to do anything fun. I was not depressed or anything of the like. I felt just a normal as normal can get. Yeah stay away from bar s friends/family that smoke and stay away from areas at work that is allowed to be smokers area. Seriously it only cost me $30 after my insurance covered their share of it. It worked just as described

I have quit smoking a few times and restarted again for various reasons, each time I have been able to just put them down and not have a problem quitting. I have dipped off and on for a long time too and have more difficulty quitting that.

Yeah, Cray, don't accuse a family man of alcoholism.
