I am trying to improve on the look of my site at work

I can do some ok artwork and stuff, but I'm just not that creative and artistic.

I'm lookin for someone bored that wants to play around with some layout changes for me.

all the layout stuff is pretty much done in smarty & css

I know how to do quite a bit of it, I just lack enough artistic ability to come up with some good ideas
