Any volkswagen guys out there?
 

Ok so i have a friend that i go to school with and this weekend just picked up a 88 gti for 500 bucks and all it needs is a little work on the brakes. Alright so the question is he wants to go hmt and was wondering if he could go stock internals and make the motor last at prolly a daily drive of 8psi.

i had hard on's for mk2 jetta's & golfs, but i duno, the 8v kinda turned me away plus im not that smart with them, but they do look good with proper wheels ( deep dish ) and the boser hood on the new golfs 8)

My bad man..Your is cooler than mine anyways. I've had it up for a few weeks though. I believe an 88 gti would be an 8 valve stock.
