no i got one of those new LG's with the qwerty keyboard. i text just about everybody i know, its cheaper to go over on your texts than minutes. but i have like 800 minutes a month and only use like 400. i got 2700 rollover minutes so far.

thats pretty stupid....i call verizon all the time and bitch.....my case is a little different though...i call because i break phones alot..dont have insurance....and refuse to pay the "already have service price" so i break phones and get new ones for like 1/4th of the price...

I had nextel and their service sux goat nuts here in socal. I changed to cingular 3 days into my billing cycle from nextel and those ******* wanted to charge me for the whole month. I just called, spoke with a CS rep who couldn't do ----, then spoke with her boss, and he gave me a full refund. Just don't get crazy and be firm with them and next thing you know they'll be offering you the latest phone for free and monthly discounts.

keep calling, eventualy you'll get a rep who knows what their doing and it will get fixed. These call centers arnt even ran by version. they pay a 3rd party to handle calls, and the 3rd party's performance is measured on transfers, handle time, and sales. so, they train people to just basicly lie to sell you ----. have fun.

I had something similar happen with verizon couple years back. Salesman set me up with the wrong account if though we aggreed on one. My bill was like 160. Ended getting hold of a customer service person who dropped 1/2 the chrages and got the plan correct I needed. Im no longer with verizion there service kinda sucked even in metro areas. Droppin phone calls like dexter carter

I finally just got a new cell for a replacement. I lost mine in a taxi new years eve night drunk off my *** getting the taxi to say "homemadeturbo ownes me" on the video.

now I got this new dam phone...this ****** is probably the craziest phone ive ever seen. almost to much technology in this dam thing. video recorder, 2mp camera, sound recorder, finger print decoder, bar scan decoder, the best frickin sound quality out of a phone I have ever heard....man its crazy!

ya the sad part is the sales people are TOLD to lie to get the sale because 99% of the people just pay it.
Say you refuse to pay it because they did not disclose the details of the contract, that Im sure was completely verbal right...
