i'm trying to upload my video from the auto-x event and i've never uploaded a video before, help me out :-*

open SmartFTP
http://oregonstate.edu/~mullinsm/smartftp1%20copy.jpg

Then hit enter. You should then get something that looks like this.
http://oregonstate.edu/~mullinsm/smartftp2.jpg

Simply open your documents. Find the file, and drag it into the folder you want it in.
