Yeah sounds like professional burn out, and the other part is suicide don't do that take a vacation and don't take your work with you. If you can't afford to take a vacation, then maybe just a weekend away from all the ---- that bothers you will help.

That and any ditch around there would likely end up putting some one over a cliff. Not saying this is necessarily a bad thing, but something to consider anyway.
+1 for vacation time.

You're a highroller...It comes with tha territory. My life was extremely fucked up for quite some time, and I worried about it constantly. It came to a point where I just had to say ---- it. What's going to happen is gonna happen regardless, there's no point in stressing about it and lettin' it keep you in a foul, fucked up mood. I'm not sayin' adopt the WHOLE "---- the world" attitude, but seriously, sit down and really think about what's important in your life and what isn't. Same goes for WHO is important in your life and WHO isn't. The ppl around us are generally what generates the most stress. I just eliminated 90%-95% of the m'******* in my rolodex and started stayin' to myself. Needless to say, things have improved IMMENSELY, and I feel like a much happier and successful person...

go camping/fishing/diving for a week or more. You will need-
Bag of good quality weed
4 boxes of beer
Steaks/watever food you can bbq on a fire. Live like a true bushman.
and some young -----
Get as far away from the ---- that bothers you for as long as possible.

I always have thoughts of killing some of my neighbors. Something like from Splinter Cell. You can never account for the things that could go wrong though. Physical activities and bursts of adrenaline rushes will tone down your homicidal tendencies.
