Any Jeep owners here?

2 Attachment(s)
I recently bought this Jeep and so far I love it. It's a 99 Grand Cherokee limited. It's got a few minor problems that I'm finding out are extremely common with this model(god damn non-functional A/C vents), but it's a pretty decent vehicle IMO. I can actually park this one in normal parking spaces and make turns sharper than a train. Off-road is awesome. This is my first 4x4 and it's just the coolest ------- thing. It gets about 20mpg on the highway and around 14 in the city. My old heap got 9mpg no matter what. :3

my brother has a regular cherokee and its 3" lifted with a transfer case drop, arb front bumper and a warn winch. Its actually pretty cool, it goes pretty good off road. Jeeps arent bad at all but they do have some common issues

My DD is 1995 XJ, 3" lift, 31 BFG AT's, Rusty's air tube kit, TB spacer, Huge K&N, Flowmaster exhaust. I bought a pipe bender and tubing notcher so I can build some tubular bumpers over the winter. D rings, winch mount, rear mount tire carrier and rock rails will all be in order. I am currently looking for a local 4 wheel club but in CT wheeling is illegal everywhere so I am looking for a good club.

Illegal?? That sucks. Damn near every corner you can do some sort of off-roading out here...legally. :P I want to get a decent lift and some tires soon. I'm thinking 4" at the most. I love 4low. I've always had 2wd trucks that I worried about taking off-road, but now I can get myself out of just about anything. :6

What motor does yours have? I have the 4.7 V8 and it runs awesome. 119,000 miles and it's as smooth as can be. :)

Fook not only has one, but he has a sweet thread with a video where they trash a Cherokee Sport... thing takes a serious beating. You need to see it.
