www.gunbroker.com is where i buy my gun stuff. either that or a local shop... I'd say get an AK for around 400.

yea, im leaning towards an ak. the ar15 looks awesome however i dont want to dump that much into one gun yet. ive heard the ak is a great gun the only downfall is that accuracy isnt as good at longer range.

If you are a new shooter it won't matter. The gun will be far more accurate than you for quite some time.
